THE START
SkyrrUp began when Mr. S.N. Dwivedi, Founder of Elcomponics Group, discovered Skyr on a family trip to Iceland. Captivated by its taste and health benefits, he teamed up with Icelandic entrepreneur Jon Tryggvason to bring this protein-rich, fat-free superfood to India. With a shared passion for nutrition and clean eating, Skyrrup was born—authentic Icelandic Skyr, made in India with A2 Cow’s Milk, to help bridge India’s protein gap deliciously.

THE GROWTH
Skyrrup is on a mission to make clean, high-protein dairy (and dairy-adjacent) goods part of everyday Indian life. We use A2 desi cow’s milk, and keep things free of added sugar, preservatives, and unnecessary fats. Our line spans Icelandic Skyrs, Greek Yogurts, Gelatos, Instant Skyr Premixes, A2 Desi Cow Ghee and Organic Paneer and Farm Fresh A2 Cow Milk too. From a quick breakfast “protein shot” to indulgent gelato, Skyrrup aims to be the clean, gut-friendly choice for every craving.

Skyrrup aims to become India’s benchmarked protein-dairy brand, blending Nordic tradition with local supply chains and innovation. We’re doubling down on organic certification to guarantee purity and transparency, pushing into new cities, and launch travel-friendly formats — think freeze-dried Skyr mixes, shelf-stable “protein shots,” premium functional yogurts, and even more inventive gelato lines.
Over time, Skyrrup could shift from being “just a dairy brand” to being a movement in Indian nutrition — where every spoonful carries impact for body, taste, and earth.

The company has established and continues to maintain a dedicated Gaushala as part of its CSR initiative, devoted to the service and welfare (Gau-Seva) of Indian cows. Bulls, calves, and injured or medically challenged cows are provided with proper shelter, nutritious feed, and timely medical care. The company also contributes significantly to various NGOs that actively work to protect and nurture indigenous cow breeds, ensuring their safety, dignity, and overall well-being.

We’re proud to share a milestone that goes far beyond business — SkyrrUp has partnered with the Northern Command Regiment in the high-altitude regions of Leh–Ladakh, supplying them with our premium freeze-dried yogurt premix to support their protein and nutrition needs in extreme conditions.
In these demanding terrains where fresh dairy isn’t easily available, our yogurt premix offers a clean, shelf-stable source of A2 protein, probiotics, and energy — helping our soldiers stay strong, nourished, and mission-ready.
